Anything that is not customized can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping fees. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging with no visible wear or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem the piece worn, damaged, or altered in any way, which will be explained during our return process.
We suggest cleaning with a microfiber towel, and keeping away from other pieces of jeweler as they might scratch or damage it.
